Vectare was founded by university friends Peter Nathanail and Dominic Kalantary in 2016. We saw a burgeoning opportunity to raise standards in transport services – to improve efficiency, safety, reliability and the customer experience with technology. This has been our mission, and we’ve grown phenomenally in these few short years to now proudly transport 1.5 million passengers per annum. Our diverse client list includes local authorities, schools, colleges, universities, corporates and the UK Government.

Our revolutionary software makes it so much simpler to manage home to school transport. Both schools and parents love our 100% paperless booking system, which provides journey planning, booking and a parent portal at the touch of a button. There’s even the option to take secure card payments for journeys – lessening the admin burden on schools. Vectare’s system integrates with the iSAMS management information system, giving schools the benefit of streamlined management.

Alongside our booking system, and of no less importance, is our vehicle tracking and safeguarding solution. Our specialised Driver and Parent apps are suitable for both iOS and Android platforms and require no additional hardware or devices. They provide schools, parents and transport operators with the ability to track their vehicle in real time, and parents can even see where their child gets on and off the bus. In the unlikely event of an RTC, there is instant access to an accurate passenger list.

The organisations listed are organisations with an interest in the education sector whom HMC has not necessarily worked with; HMC has approved the directory entries on the basis of its own due diligence, and partners listed have been referred by at least two schools or educational providers. HMC values their expertise, however, does not endorse them and assumes no responsibility or legal duty by being associated with them. It is the responsibility of the school to independently research each company it may wish to engage.
